Got something to say? Pull up a chair. We read every message that lands in our inbox, including the all-caps ones asking when Solo Leveling Season 3 drops. We don’t know either.
Before you hit send though, take a quick look at the links below. Most common questions already have a home, which saves both of us some time.
Check these first
If you want to write for us, the Write for Us page has everything: topics we accept, content standards, image policy, and how to pitch us in a way that gets a real reply.
For copyright concerns about an image, video or post on Anime Vault, please head straight to the DMCA page. It walks through the formal process and tells us exactly what we need to take something down. Much faster than going through general contact.
Curious how we pick stories, source images, fact-check claims, or handle corrections? Our Editorial Policy lays out the workflow in plain English.
Reach out
For anything not covered above, the form below is the fastest way to hear back. Pick the right topic from the dropdown so we can route the message to the right inbox.
What goes in which bucket
Quick guide so you pick the right topic:
- General question or feedback: reader questions, content suggestions, broken link reports, “have you covered this anime yet” type messages.
- Partnership or sponsorship: anime studios, streaming platforms, merchandise brands, anime convention organizers, subscription box services, and related businesses interested in working with us. Sponsored content stays clearly labeled and reviews stay honest no matter who pays.
- News tip or correction: spotted a typo, found a factual error in one of our posts, or got an exclusive scoop. Confirmed tips that lead to published stories get a byline credit if you want one.
- Press inquiry: quote requests for your story, interview asks, or byline questions from other publishers and journalists.
What we usually do not reply to
Mass-pitched outreach emails get filtered out automatically. If your subject line looks like it could have been sent to fifty other anime blogs at the same time, it probably did not survive our spam folder. A short, specific opener that shows you have actually read something on Anime Vault gets a real human reply.
Cold link insertion requests, paid backlink offers, and PBN guest post pitches get archived without a response.
Response time
We typically reply within two business days, Monday through Friday. Heavy news weeks, think major anime releases, studio drama, or surprise manga chapter drops, can push that to three or four days. If a full week goes by without a reply, feel free to nudge us through one of our social handles in the footer.
You will not get an autoreply. Every message we reply to is read by an actual person on the team.
